I am a Mid-Westerner and a lover of whole, fresh foods. I love being creative in the kitchen. As a bit of a world traveler, I appreciate all the ways that food has been nurtured, grown, and created across the world by every human culture. I don't hold myself to any foodie labels, but I do appreciate vegetarian, vegan, and raw foods, ethnic cuisine, vegetable-based dishes, gluten/corn/wheat/soy/gmo free, and paleo and other whole food approaches to eating. I don't believe in confining ourselves when it comes to what we eat -- but rather pursuing the right choices for our health on what to feed our body. I want to go back to nature and eat what comes up from the Earth. I hope you'll join me!
